Alloa single grain from Strathmore Distillery, a part of North of Scotland distillery Limited edition of 180 bottles – 42,5% - 40y distilled July 1964 - bottled Febr. 2005 single grain from a long gone distillery (opened in 1957, operated until 1980 and demolished in 1993) The 1964 Distillation is rich, smooth, and perhaps even slightly oily, with plenty malt and just a trace of vanilla.
